1. on our last visit we stayed in a suite for the first time and it was absolutely beautiful the size of three rooms put together/ kitchen/ wet room/jazbath two tvs two toilets living area etc it was spotless the maids came every day and cleaned they have always being very friendly and helpful I have never come across any member of staff who wasnt in the ten years of going in fact I have become to know some of them very well and they always make me feel very welcome and I know I am in good hands .

2. I would have went mad if we had changed it now because it was a great hotel ,staff were lovely ,the guy who checked us in was great his name was Ryan,the maids who look after the rooms came in everyday and did a great job and with the sign put on the door didn't disturbe us .

5. The only good thing about it was the staff, as the bellman was trying to help me out the evening we arrived, and the head maid seemed nice enough the next day when I asked her to have someone clean up.

10. ( I noticed whilst the maids were cleaning the rooms they were spraying bug spray)If you get a good deal on this hotel or location is more your thing then I would recomend it however if you are paying high prices or enjoy the luxury of a really nice hotel room maybe you should shop around.
