3. the staff was wonderful overall - quick check-in and checkout, friendly the towel guys, gracious ice cream lady, responsive cleaning staff, and my angel marie at the lost and found who not only tracked down the diamond studs i left behind but offered to mail it back to me!the meals from room service were delicious and delivered with speed and grace.

They also let us check in early, which was excellent as our flight timing got us there around 11 and we were able to dump our luggage and use the pool for the day instead of having to lug our stuff around waiting for 4 pm checkin time to roll around (no joke, that has happened to me before, not at this place).

10. my dad said if there wasnt such a big queue at check in he would go straight back check out and tell virgin that we were going to stay in the marriot world center which is a lovely hotel.
