1. There was also a dead bug directly on the top of the base of the telephone that I had to wipe up (it was a gnat or something so I don't want to suggest anything totally disgusting but really- should guests be cleaning this up?)The grounds and lobby are beautiful but that's meaningless to me if I am feeling like I am in a dirty room.

3. It drove me crazy, and I had to empty my suitcase to shake everything out and repack it to asure I didn't take home any bugs with me.

7. I was not disappointed, check-in was quick and they drove me to my room in a golf cart, my room was clean, the bathroom looked updated and I did not have any of the 'bug' issues that I had read other people complaining about.
