5. where do I start maybe at check in when my room wasnt ready and was abruptly told by front desk female manager I was getting free up grade which I didnt ask for but thought they were making up for not having room wrong!given a key for block 16 when opened the door the room was dirty musty and had hair balls and worn furniture.

This was my third visit to Wyndham, the only things that I could see that needed attention were the pool was a little dirty and they didnt have staff on at the pool concierge for the majority of my two week stay I think they need to reflect this in their room charges if they are having to cut back, apart from that really enjoyed it staff great especially the manager at screams ice cream parlour she is so friendly and welcoming, love the resort would highly recommend.

9. While we did have a problem with housekeeping on one day of our stay when we spoke with the Resort Manager he was very understanding and took good care of us.
