Anyway we packed up, by which time a staff member had come back with about 5 different rooms to show us for which we could take out pick - all we required was a first floor room, decent view and a safe, so we settled on the second room shown to us, whcih was in the same block as our original room as we didn't have to go far and the staff helped us move our cases.
