1. Wyndham asked me how much the shirt was worth and agreed to credit my account for the difference (They also agreed to extend my check-out period at no charge because of the inconvenience).

4. 10 minutes later it was there, free of charge as we were staying 2 weeks :) On the last day, as we had a late flight, we had to check out of the room at 11 o clock, so had no where to shower later on in the day.
