3. So, if you find yourself here make sure you tell the front desk you would like a room that has been recently furnished and you just may avoid the headache we experienced.

6. We didn't end up getting to the property until 11:30pm, Kim at the front desk was very helpful and upgraded us to a family suite at no extra cost, which was helpful because the kids just wanted to get in bed and sleep and having seperate beds meant no fighting.

7. Front desk was professional, however the concierge service left alot to be desired; He might have been helpful had he not been hung up on trying to sell us a time share, he wouldn't even answer our original question when we said that we were not interested.
