5. The room was GORGEOUS, hardwood floors, comfy beds with the luxury bedding, very good (and abundant) bath products, oversized bath towels (soft, not scratchy), coffee pod machine, etc. I felt like I was in a Cabo resort.

6. The bath looked a bit grubby, so I was happy to have a shower, but I wouldn't have laid in it, which is a shame as after a long day at Disney it would have been nice to soak in the bath.

The room was disgustingly dirty, broken patio door with only a make shift metal bar stopping intruders, stains on the walls and carpets, air conditioning unit hanging off the wall, bath with enamel missing etc. Being too late in the evening to raise any Virgin Rep or another hotel as it was the Easter weekend, we headed back to the main desk.
