1. We were planning on visiting Kennedy Space Centre and the information the bar staff gave helped us choose the best day (shuttle launch day).

2. They do offer free shuttles to and from the theme parks, but the times are so limited that we didnt end up using the shuttle and instead paid the hefty parking fee to drive to Universal Studios ourselves.

Pros:- very good location, between Universal and Sea World, close enough to Disney- good value- comfortable beds- beautiful landscaping- great pools- friendly staff- free shuttles to Universal, Sea World and Wet'n Wild- really liked the Starbucks next to Augustine's, great for a quick breakfastCons:- no free wi-fi- no free fridge in the room- shuttle to Disney very expensive- really big resort so if you don't have a car you'll easily walk 10min to the front desk- breakfast buffet is expensive.

4. There is a free shuttle that leaves from the hotel a few times a day, so we made sure to catch that on the way there, then we'd cab back since our departure times never lined-up with the shuttle times.

5. They also offer free shuttle service to Universal Studios, 3 different times in the morning and 2 in the evening, we didn't use this option.

6. I also was able to utilize a free shuttle bus to access Seaworld and Universal Studios and had plenty of restaurant and activity options within easy walking distance of the hotel.
