2. When we hit the room, at 9PM b/c the water park closed (ok, 1 complaint), we found the carpet had numerous stains, the mattress and box springs were dirty (no bedskirts made this easy), the lamp between the 2 beds didn't work, the shower was dirty, the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling, the thermostat to adjust the air was supposed to be on the 'tv wall', I never found it and the worst part, (we had adjoining rooms with my parents) is that my mom was banging on the door at 11:45 at night-THEY HAD BED BUGS.

3. Sheet was dirty, outlet shot sparks at me when I plugged in my computer, shower knob broke and when I wiggled it, roaches crawled out from behind it.

4. The elevator problem still continues, the waterpark is overcrowded and filthy, it was really hot in the hallways (summer), shower would just go cold with no warning, shower head had no pressure, sink leaked all over the top, room didn't feel cleaned, or get cleaned after first night.

7. Staying here over the weekend for a hockey tournament, there were endless complaints from numerous families (3 teams in all on 3 floors) about the rooms from cockroaches, blood stained linens, broken showers and faucets, terrible housekeeping, missing items, moldy coffee pots and very poor customer service.
