1. Once we got back to the hotel we were too tired to deal with the managers so we figured we'd take care of it in the morning.

4. Nicki was an excellent manager who checked us in and made sure our kids were signed up for the Kids Club (free tokens for game room - 20!) The rooms weren't super special, but they were CLEAN and BUG FREE.
