Stayed here the last week of august 2011 never did I think to pull back the sheets to look at the mattress got home the next day and unpacked my suitcase and found 2 bedbugs on the suitcase now we have them in our home and have spent hundreds of dollars trying to get rid of them I warn you never stay at this hotel.

10. We went to the went to the water park while waiting on our room (the room was suppose to be available at 4pm and we did have reservations) we did not get our room until after 5pm and when entering our room the floors had not been vacumed, the tables were not clean, dead bug in front of the microwave, and to top it off when I inspected the sheets there were blood stains on them.
