1. We were on the fifth floor- so we were just happy we didn't need to walk up and down to the twelfth floor several times daily.

5. They don't feel it is neccessary to see if someone is checked out but they walk right into your room.

7. We walk into the room and we're greeted with a broken heat/ac unit and MOLD on the outer wall ceiling, not just a little but a lot of it too.

10. My advice would be if you want to pay the extra money then stay in a villa because they are in the newer part of the hotel which seemed pretty nice when I explored it but keep in mind that it is quite a walk from the waterpark.
