5. In this case- all positive- courteous staff, quick check-in and check-out, air conditioning, enough towels, fridge/ice/microwave, working tv, good food, safe and clean waterpark.

7. Other problems we dealt with were dirty drinking glasses, no housekeeping services on our second day (we had to call for clean towels), issues with check-in and check-out, etc.I would not reccommend spending the money for a room.
