2. I went to the front desk and my sister and I tried to get our money back but were told we could only get a free nights stay and waterpasses each, we took them but honestly I dont want to step foot into that place again.

3. First of all, let me just say: save your money from this place and go to Great Wolf.

7. Now for the good part the money way to pricey and they charged us twice still trying to get money back and its been a week since they first charged our card then charged again the Monday following the weekend we stayed .
