1. And, once again, I asked for at least a discount on my stay due to the bedbug incident and was turned down, said if there was to be a discount it would have to have been agreed on when it happened.

4. Most of the entrants were excited about the waterpark and the bar, so the hotel worked with us to give us discounts and coupons (along with a happy hour at the bar) to make my group of 150+ happy.

6. Checking in I was told that the package that I booked, a family villa for 8 at $350 dollars did not include water park passes!(as if anyone would stay there without using the waterpark) The lady who waited on me was great and offered me a discount on the passes.
