1. I hate to tell them but that little liability release they get you to sign when you check in dont do nothing when its gross negligence on there part that causes the guests or there children to get hurt and if the right guest comes along and sues them until they have to close there doors maybe that will sink in for them.

7. ) We stayed in one of the Villa rooms, which was really nice, check in went fairly easy( we did stay on a saturday, so there was a line and they were busy but thats to be expected at any hotel with an attraction.
