1. So there's no reason to take showers because the room has a constant 80 degree temperature even with the make believe AC and fan on, you'll be sweating after shower anyway; 2.

5. You will be disappointed if you expect sheets that fit, curtains that are without water stains due to the balcony door that doesn't shut completely, newer or cleanish carpet, air handling system that doesn't rattle, walls that aren't scuffed, or soap in the shower.
