4. The rooms are actually fine, mine was truly huge with both a couch and chair, coffee table, large desk, queen size bed, cable TV, wireless internet, new carpet and a noisy but effective a/c unit.

9. lots of cool stuff in walking distancegreat spot to start big island adventures with lots of great beaches aroundthe basic continental breakfast is included as is wifi (no sneaky hidden charges like the mariott!)we loved this place and ended up here a few unconsecutive nightshad a nice pool area too with a hot tub.
