1. The front desk people are very helpful for pointing out good spots for snorkeling, beach, etc. The room is big enough for two of us.

4. When I asked for a fresh set of towels the desk clerk seemed offended that we had used the first set, then she said she didn't have any, and when I complained she said that I would have to pick some up from the front desk after 7:30 p.m.5) POOR EXCUSE FOR CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST.

5. If you want 'polished' go pay way more for an exclusive resort where you will never get to meet the proprietor in person, like I did meet 'Uncle Billy' himself, a local elderly Hawaiian gentleman hanging around the front desk checking up on the clerks.
