1. The room was on the 3rd floor, recently renovated, clean and comfortable with two queen size beds, a shower with tub and a large TV.

6. You will be disappointed if you expect sheets that fit, curtains that are without water stains due to the balcony door that doesn't shut completely, newer or cleanish carpet, air handling system that doesn't rattle, walls that aren't scuffed, or soap in the shower.
