1. This place has a great location, location, location right in the middle of downtown KK and yet it is rather quiet, It has a well kept small pool and a pretty good continental breakfast.

10. The one thumbs down is their $5 charge for parking but there's a public lot 50 feet behind the private one and since this is in downtown Kona, the small hotel charge discourages locals from taking the spaces reserved for hotel guests.
