We like it due to its excellent location on IDrive and its great leisure facilities, including three pools, a large whirlpool, gymnasium, free pool inflatables for the kids, copious amounts of free towels for the guests at the pool and of course the Gator bar which is situated adjacent to the big pool at the rear of the premises.

6. the staff was wonderful overall - quick check-in and checkout, friendly the towel guys, gracious ice cream lady, responsive cleaning staff, and my angel marie at the lost and found who not only tracked down the diamond studs i left behind but offered to mail it back to me!the meals from room service were delicious and delivered with speed and grace.

The rooms' furniture was in good condition, (people please bring an opener and stop using the room to open your beer bottles) 2 TV's (1 working remote), pull out sofa with clean sheets, enough and good towels, amenities, bathroom was clean, although the shower curtain was dated and could use replacement.

Also, good luck hunting down a towel as you can never find any staff at the pool (which is also what is included in the 'resort fee')Atmosphere- well, since this place is located in between 50 strip malls on a busy highway, get used to hearing sirens all day while attempting to relax at the dirty pool.
