4. The hotel room was fine, room service was good - but the housekeeping was inconsistent (some days the bathroom was not cleaned at all or towels replaced) - the wifi is free but almost unusable (except very early or late when presumably other guests have gone to bed or logged off).

6. Housekeeping's response to my request for towels, shampoo, and restocking of the coffee bar resulted in a nighttime drop off of a sack of coffee bar items, a week's worth of towel stacked on top of the toilet, 3 shampoos, and 6 bars of soap.
