But best to the last -the staff were quite outstanding-every contact I had was well handled by friendly smiling people-Gina in the exec lounge-Martha on the front desk-Simone in the restaurant took great care to find vegetarian options for my colleague and Raul on the Concierge desk was very helpful and knowledgable-even found me iced wated when I said I was hot after the gym-outstanding.

10. Went to the front desk and was offered access to the vacant concierge desk computer (Huh, one computer was working anyway) The restaurant was a mess, looked like a herd of locusts had descended upon it, tables loaded with dirty dishes, very low staffed, this was 8:00 p.m. on a Monday night.
