8. Had my car broken into and a suitcase stolen while parked in their guest lot, but the hotel staff and management handled it as well as they could (the fault was with the parking lot management company) Barring that, it's a great hotel and I'm glad my travel agent picked it for us.

10. From the moment checking in the welcoming staff and the 'warm-chocolate chip cookies' the more secure feeling of elevator accessability thru key card only The Bed and mounds of marvelous pillows are heaven-the shower and the amenities very good quality.
