4. The hotel room was fine, room service was good - but the housekeeping was inconsistent (some days the bathroom was not cleaned at all or towels replaced) - the wifi is free but almost unusable (except very early or late when presumably other guests have gone to bed or logged off).

However, things like overflowing garbage containers, litter in the stagnant water of common area water features, garbage in the pool and jacuzzi, extremely limited food service, nearly non-existent housekeeping service and critically low-levels of linens are critically important to a property that is supposed to cater to large groups.
