1. I would not stay here again due to the way I was treated by the Bartender although the hotel is nice and the front desk staff at check in was great.

4. Check-in process was very quick and smooth, with a very pleasant clerk who gave us the requisite and very fresh/warm/yummy Doubletree cookies.

6. We arrived early for check in from a cruise and had to wait about an hour, not bad as the hotel was very full from the night before.

7. We were welcomed as HHguests with cookies through a very fast check in and we were given a room on the executive floor: excellent plus, since I used internet (and the printer) that night, which helped me a lot with a pending reservation I had to deal with.

8. GOOD- Free wifi in lobby {good enough to make a skype call}- The front desk staff were greeted with a pontoon of people waiting to check-in and handled it with grace and care.
