4. When you add in these 'hidden charges', this hotel isn't the cheaper alternative that it appears when doing the research on the net (which was why I chose this place for business travel - the cost).

7. The parking arrangements were the oddest we have ever encountered - all of the vast car park at the front of the hotel is valet parking (I think it was 10 or 12 dollars for valet) the self-park is next door but even that costs 5 dollars - yes they charge so you can park your own car.
