1. We never had one issue with our room, towels, or cleaniness.

3. At other Ritz Carltons that we have stayed in, there is someone to help you set up your chair with a fresh towel, at this Ritz, no one helps you and they leave the lounge chair cushions out all night and it rains most nights.
