2. PROS:-excellent service-rooms are clean and beautiful-bathroom is huge-resort is quiet and good for relaxing-complimentary resort shuttle to take you to the different restaurants on the resortWonderful place, but I wouldn't stay there again.

My husband asked for an upgrade (it never hurts to ask, right?), as it was an anniversary trip-- and we were generously accommodated with a beautiful two room suite: Hard wood floors; kitchen; two balconies; great flat screen televisions (yes, there was more than one!); amazingly comfy king bed; nice shower, etc. All this at no extra cost, PLUS we also received complimentary daily breakfast and a daily $130 resort credit (which could be used for anything on site, including valet parking or those dreaded resort fees).
