The food and restaurants are pricey but it is the Ritz and it is Maui if you are looking for cheap hit Florida or Mexico, (I remember that being the biggest complaint that people had: Value) If you don't want resort fees, pricey menus and drink items, I believe there are cheaper hotels on the island, have at them.

5. As others have mentioned, there are some additional costs in addition to the room such as a $20 daily resort fee (towel service, sun block by the pool, WiFi, shuttle service to nearby beaches, etc..

7. That includes: King Club Level accommodation at Ritz-Carlton Kapalua, all food/drinks, activities (couples massage/spa day, snorkeling, zip line, Road to Hana), gas, souvenirs (a painting, tiki statue, t-shirt, post cards, 2 state park fees, etc.).
