My husband asked for an upgrade (it never hurts to ask, right?), as it was an anniversary trip-- and we were generously accommodated with a beautiful two room suite: Hard wood floors; kitchen; two balconies; great flat screen televisions (yes, there was more than one!); amazingly comfy king bed; nice shower, etc. All this at no extra cost, PLUS we also received complimentary daily breakfast and a daily $130 resort credit (which could be used for anything on site, including valet parking or those dreaded resort fees).

10. It's an amazing setting, the plantation course, the pool - or should I say series of pools linked together with small waterfalls, the open balconies with a beautiful breeze, the grand lobby and of course, the immaculate rooms.
