1. One of the elevators didn't work properly and we would get stuck bouncing around to different floors, there were never clean towels available for the pool (or anyone around to ask for one), the chairs around the pool were mostly broken.

5. ,There were dirty towels on the bathroom floor, dirty wet carpet with various spots, smells of mildew, the bed had been made so I'm assuming they started the room and never finished it.

First impressions from the outside were quite nice, art deco style etc and the lobby looked reasonable, however when we got to our rooms we were shocked at the uncleanliness of the rooms - stains on the carpet, curtains, walls - coffee tables with huge scratches and burn marks - tiny and old bathrooms with towel rings and toilet roll holders hanging on by a thread - overall awful.
