This hotel is convenient to shopping and restaurants; however, it is a bit scary, room service is hit-or-miss, clean towels are difficult to come by, carpets are disgusting, and there are always people lingering in the lobby waiting for the sorry room service to 'pretend' to prepare rooms for the next person's stay.

9. I was there for 8 days straight and everyday that we let the maid clean the room we had to ask for towels she would take all of them even the clean ones and would not replace them.
