2. The first room was so bad, with dirty carpets and some awful smell that we got moved to another room, which was just as bad (this was the one with the rusty bathtub), the sheets were horrible and torn and pillows were flat and smelly.

3. door knob in bathroom didn't work, wife got locked in bathroom on first night; drinking glass chiped, wife cut her lip second day; television cable disconected and didn,t work; never got the daily newspaper; room very dirty; water for bar sink not hooked up; room not made up on several days; printer for email not working, overcharged $15 for service listed for $5; no bath stopper in bathtub.
