1. I asked for the manager and told her the entire situation, so she told us we would stay an extra night free of charge so to speak, since we werent going to be there that night which we paid for.

3. The only plus is the location of the hotel & the fact that they provide their customers with beach towels, lounge chairs, & umbrellas, free of charge, at the beach (& pool).
