1. I was greeted very warmly, arrival gift was not an issue, and given a lovely suite (220) which had slightly worn carpet, but looked fresh and was very clean.

7. We were originally in a suite on the 12th floor, and as the storm approached they moved us to a suite on the 2nd floor for our safety and convenience should they loose power during the storm.

9. I am a Marriott Platinum member and even though we were upgraded to a top floor on one night and a handicap suite on another night, the rooms were still run-down and the carpet in the suite was damp on one side of the bed.
