1. The lobby for the Phil airport Renaissance was not as impressive as I expected for a Marriot Renaissance but it was clean and seemed to be well run.

8. They are refinishing/repairing the outside of the property and then they will do the lobby, ballrooms and restaurants, followed by the guest rooms.
