1. The second night my bed was not made but the room and bathroom was cleaned.

2. I was upgraded to a deluxe room which was well appointed with free bottle water, robe, large bathroom, etc. Bed was very comfortable and the room came with a free breakfast buffet.

5. The carpet looked dark and dingy (didn't want to take off my shoes!), furnishings were old, bathroom tiles needed to be cleaned, etc. The second room was a bit better (had a normal window looking outside) but still dated and in need of a complete renovation (still had a tube tv.
