1. At first when I got in the room, I was totally unhappy considering how small it was, I quickly upgraded to a suite and was real pleased with that decision.

2. It is walking distance from a small shopping mall, restaurants, pharmacy etc. If you go to the shopping mall, i strongly recommend that you try the Italian Ice cream palour for very delicious ice creamAccommodation: I booked a deluxe room but we were upgraded to a two bedroom luxury suite.

6. Elizabeth Dubon was so helpful in arranging for us to be able to return to one of the Palm Suites that we take when travelling as a family as we love the views of the bay from the balcony.

7. I emailed the hotel direct to sort out a package that suited and Elizabeth Dubon emailed me straight back and was so helpful and exceeded my expectations so at this point I could not wait to get there.
