1. We hadn't booked a bay view room, but we asked for one with view and the manager was very friendly to put us in a high floor with a side bay view.

6. Having been told some information twice by two separate members of staff about the penalty for early check out, the front of house manager would not honour this and became quite defensive and stated that was not her problem that we had been given wrong information.

I checked out today in the morning from this beautiful property ,it is amazing how good I felt during my stay , my trip from my hometown was not good at all , my flight got cancelled twice , you can imagine how frustrated I arrived to your hotel , but since the moment I arrived my door was opened immediately by one manager who just happened to be there , she asked me right there how was my trip I mentioned my situation and she escorted me to the front desk introducing herself as Mary Moyo and she stayed at the desk talking to me while her front desk was checking the reservation , during my conversation I told her that I was running late for my meeting and that I was dying for a cup of coffe to get the energy back and be ready for my meeting , she stepped out from the desk and while I was going to the elevator she was just there waiting for me with that coffee, wooooowwwww I was amazed about that , same day when I arrived to my room I saw a note from her hoping my meetings went well again wow another plus , today while I was checking out she was there again , I was telling her that I didnt even have the time to go shopping to get something for my husband and my baby and asked me the time my flight was leaving , I told her that I needed to be by 3pm , she went to the back and got a Coconut Grove map where she mentioned me some stores where I can get something before I leave , I was very into my business that I didnt know the stores were so close .
