1. All the services and facilities were excellent and even when a local bar contravened the rules with loud music in the early hours one evening - the hotel was happy to accomodate a room move in case it happened again.

9. The lobby is very upscale and attractive, front desk service is very prompt unless you happen to arrive at the same time as a large group checking in, there is NO parking except valet ($23 daily plus tips), but this year the valet service was much more prompt than in the past.
