1. The saving grace for the hotel was the Panorama restaurant, excellent service friendly; with the best food I have experienced anywhere in Miami, and great value.

3. The restaurant is excellent and the staff is very kind and helpful, however we discovered that the included continental breakfast was actually just a $10 credit each, however value is great as well as food.

4. Staff were always on the go cleaning and generally checking up that everything was in order We were on a trip for our wedding anniversary and this was the cheapest hotel we stayed in but was probably our favourite and by far the best value for money.
