1. The valet and bell staff was very helpful as we had 10 huge boxes shipped to the hotel for our event and they helped store and load everything up to our cars.

2. The lobby is very upscale and attractive, front desk service is very prompt unless you happen to arrive at the same time as a large group checking in, there is NO parking except valet ($23 daily plus tips), but this year the valet service was much more prompt than in the past.
