1. Service from the front desk and housekeeping were great while we were there.

2. On this particular day, housekeeping had not come, and as it approached 5 we were concerned that we were going to be skipped and have to deal with the tub ourselves, but the front desk made sure we were taken care of.

3. The lobby is very upscale and attractive, front desk service is very prompt unless you happen to arrive at the same time as a large group checking in, there is NO parking except valet ($23 daily plus tips), but this year the valet service was much more prompt than in the past.
