3. This was our fist time in America, for that reason your concierge Marco helped us with all the information to use the public transportation, point of interest and tours, he even printed maps with details of the times and different connections.

4. - Very good maintenance of facilities/rooms- Consistent desire to help across all staff- Good location, in the middle of 'what matters' on Coconut Grove- Rooms with great view (city or bay, both are great), REALLY quiet and good services- Particularly, it is worthwhile to mention the efficiency of concierge/desk guys (special mention to Reservation Supervisor there) who always have good solutions for any exception than occurs.

5. While some of the hotel staff were really nice and impressively helpful they seemed to work alongside some colleagues who seemed indifferent at best (like some of the concierge staff and pool bar staff).

10. They have a computer in the front desk with internet access guarded by a person from the concierge to insure that you only check in your flights and print boarding passes.
