I stayed in one of the Luxury suites, which was very nice, did have a problem with the A/C which I reported 3 times, before a engineer came, just before I was going out for a dinner reservation and decided not much he could do, he said he would report in to Duty Manager, and we went out, when we returned at 11.30pm, in our room, was engineers ladders, and sprawled all round the bedroom, was the panels he had removed and just left, not much we could do at that time, but clear a path to the bed, then at 11.

7. When we were checked in, we were upgraded to a suite with free internet, but still had to pay $30 a day for parking which I thought was over the top as the hotel is in the middle of nowhere.

8. Anyway, she gave us a Junior suite which only had one bed, so we complained again and got free parking and a king suite which was amazing.
