5. We have stayed in IC hotels in a few places, but this was a lovely oasis from the busy streets of LA outside and the service was as you would expect.

6. Hotel is within reasonable driving distance of main tourist areas such as Rodeo Drive, Walk of Fame etc. but on a quiet street.

7. Just to finalize this all, I've been to the Hyatt down the street which is a great hotel and probably prefer that over the Intercontinental when it comes to the pool area.

8. While the front desk and concierge service was a bit uppity, the hotel was overall nice and is on a nice street in Century City.

9. The hotel is situated in a great part of LA right next to Beverly Hills and across the street from an upscale outdoor shopping mall with lots of nice shops and a Gelson`s supermarket.
