1. The IC Century City is amazing - from the friendly and knowledgeable staff to the beautiful rooms, great pool and gym and the amazing lobby.

2. The gym is pretty nice, but the women's locker room could use an upgrade - I was unable to use the steam room or sauna b/c it didnt get warm enough and the attendant said both rooms were already on thier highest setting.
